We have an urgent openings for the position of Branch Sales Manager with the leading NBFC companies

Job Description

• Sourcing of DSA/DST
• Achieve the sales targets set for the branch
• Achieve all other revenue targets viz. IRR, PF, Tenor, Sales productivity & CoA
• Manage sales promotion activities & budgets
• Ensure adequate sales capacity including hiring, training and retention of sales resources
• Ensure strong controls to manage sourcing quality & requisite disbursement rates
• Ensure that acquisition is done in the branch catchment area only
• Monitoring Performance:
• Managing performance in terms of key drivers i.e: Volume / Profitability parameter, Cost of acquisition, Productivity, Product Mix
